1. Proper storage:
If the grinding machine and grinding fixture are not used for a long time, the grinding fixture should be immersed in ethyl chloride and cleaned with ultrasonic wave, then coated with protective oil and stored in a special tool box.
2. Wash with clean water:
After each grinding is completed, or if grinding is stopped for a period of time, all the grinding fluid on the machine should be thoroughly cleaned with water. Otherwise, the residual grinding fluid and grinding water will dry, harden or seep into the grinder and cause damage to the machine.
3. Replace lubricating oil:
Observe the grease under the grinding chassis, replace and add new grease regularly, protect the grinding chassis and the supporting surface of the grinding chassis, and avoid contamination and impact by foreign objects. When the grinder is working normally, the lubricating oil of the grinding chassis should be replaced every 15-20 days.
4. Hardware maintenance:
The lubrication condition of each transmission part should be checked regularly and grease should be added in time. Mobil NLGIZ grade grease or other grease should be used to lubricate, prevent rust and corrosion of the system every month. The cooling fan should be checked regularly to see if it stops due to dirt blockage, and the dirt on the cooling fan should be cleaned in time. When the grinder is working normally, the pressure rods at the four corners should be cleaned and derusted every 10 days.
Polishing is a process after grinding, and it has a different function from grinding. Grinding is to level the paint surface and remove deep pollution such as streaks and oxide layers; polishing is to further level the paint surface after grinding and remove residual grinding streaks. The moisturizing ingredients in the polish penetrate deeply into the paint surface, making the paint surface show a soft self-luster. Polishing agents can also be used alone to remove slight oxidation and dirt.
