The hot and cold all-in-one machine is divided into two parts: the heating part and the cooling part. The temperature control is precise and widely used in injection molding, chemical industry, rubber extrusion, reactor, blow molding and other industries. The hot and cold all-in-one machine can realize mutual switching to speed up production progress and reduce energy consumption, improve product molding efficiency, suppress product defects, and reduce the production of defective products. Computer touch control, automatic calculation, multi-point temperature control unit can be customized. It can automatically and accurately control the temperature and quickly reach the set temperature. The set value and actual value are displayed separately. Heating part

How it works

Working principle of the integrated cooling and heating machine: The pump drives the heat transfer medium (usually water or oil) from the oil tank equipped with a built-in heater to the temperature control device, and then returns to the oil tank from the temperature control device. The controller adjusts the temperature of the hot fluid and thus the temperature of the temperature control device according to the temperature of the hot fluid measured by the temperature sensor or the internal temperature of the temperature control device.
Generally, the water type has a lower control temperature range, while the oil type has a higher control temperature range. The working temperature of the water type is 90℃, the working temperature of the pressurized water type is 160℃~180℃, and the oil type is used in occasions where the working temperature is ≥150℃, and the maximum working temperature is 350℃.
